NDT- Office Manager- Jacksonville, FL

Description

• Responsible for various reporting demands: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coordinate and maintain records of all employees.
• Responsible for review of lab’s General Ledger to ensure accurate postings.
• Meet accuracy goals, handle multiple daily tasks.
• Backup to customer invoicing and AR.
• Responsible for weekly payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, new hires and assist employees with HR inquiries/issues.
• Implement new processes and policy per the request of Controller or Corporate
• Acquire general knowledge about all company services provided to allow for proper handling of current and prospective customers.
• Assist with preparing all purchase orders and confirm receipt of all items purchased.
• Will need to work closely with the General Manager on various tasks and projects.
• Assist with phone coverage for the office.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow up.
• Managerial and Accounting experience.
• Cost tracking skills.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with excellent judgment and problem resolution skills and ability.
• Proficient with computers, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
