The Senior Manager, Transaction Management – APAC will be based in Gurgaon and will coordinate transactions across the region for some of the world’s largest companies. The role requires an energetic individual with strong communication, portfolio management and client relationship skills who thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
Ideal candidates are great communicators with high emotional intelligence, ambitious, resilient and proactive. They excel at building sustainable client relationships, navigating fast‑paced environments, and collaborating across teams and locations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline and bring at least seven years of experience in real‑estate consulting or transaction management. Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
