Key duties include leading medium‑complex transactions, delivering portfolio strategy advice, managing end‑to‑end lease activities, and positioning JLL as a strategic partner that offers next‑generation workplace solutions. The role also involves preparing sophisticated financial analyses, integrating multi‑service account solutions, leading and developing teams, conducting training, and driving performance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate medium‑complex transactions and oversee major client relationships.
• Provide portfolio strategy advisory services with strategic insights for clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end transaction delivery, including lease acquisitions, renewals and terminations.
• Prepare and present sophisticated financial analyses (NPV, cash flow, P&L) to support client decisions.
• Integrate multi‑service account solutions across JLL’s service portfolio.
• Lead and develop teams of 5+ members, organizing workload and ensuring performance.
• Conduct training sessions using internal and external resources to upskill staff.
• Drive performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and recognizing talent.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, legal teams and internal stakeholders to execute deals.
• Analyze market trends and create client‑ready presentations and reports.
• Build and sustain client relationships, manage account profitability and achieve revenue goals.
• Act as TM lead for Asia on global accounts, aligning regional delivery with global strategy.

Requirements

The Senior Manager, Transaction Management – APAC will be based in Gurgaon and will coordinate transactions across the region for some of the world’s largest companies. The role requires an energetic individual with strong communication, portfolio management and client relationship skills who thrives in a performance‑driven environment.

Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
