The Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Manager is accountable for all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contracts, and commercial control throughout a project's lifecycle. This role ensures construction projects are delivered within approved budgets while upholding the highest standards of quality, compliance, and value for the company. Strong leadership in cost planning, contract administration, and risk management is essential to maintain financial efficiency across multiple projects.
Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, with a Master’s in Construction Management being preferred. Eight to ten years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management, including at least five years in a senior managerial capacity, is required. Key competencies include cost management, contract administration, tendering, budgeting, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership, along with proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools such as Candy or CostX.
