Senior Superintendent

• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce Oline’s safety standards
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are met
• Lead and oversee field operations for ground-up commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Supervise and mentor field teams while maintaining strong communication with project management and clients
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring strong field leadership experience and a deep understanding of scheduling, site coordination, and safety management. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can mentor field teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

• Proven ability to manage field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project execution
• Strong understanding of layout, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control
• 5+ years of experience leading ground-up commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects as a Superintendent
• Experience with tilt-wall or structural concrete projects a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
