- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, coordinate external audits, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with UAE banks and financial partners to manage credit facilities, secure necessary funding, and optimize working capital.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to aid in decision-making and risk management.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of operational execution.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, focusing on cost control and ensuring profitability.

- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), corporate finance, and compliance within the UAE.
- Proven liaising experience with UAE banks and financing institutions (a key requirement).
- Professional qualification: CA/ACCA/CMA (mandatory).
- Experience in the telecom/engineering/construction subcontracting sector is a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
