The General Superintendent serves as the senior field leader, providing strategic oversight for multiple large‑scale construction sites. This role partners with project executives and managers to set operational standards, mentor superintendents, and coordinate resources, while fostering strong relationships with clients and trade partners.

- Anticipate and resolve field challenges, promoting collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, owners, and trade partners to align field work with expectations.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Possess 10+ years of progressive field leadership in commercial construction, managing multiple superintendents and large projects.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction methods, building systems, safety protocols, and sequencing.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities to influence team outcomes.
- Skilled in high‑level schedule planning, subcontractor coordination, and manpower logistics.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and building codes; experienced with project management software (CMiC preferred).
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus; valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites.
