In-depth understanding of grid connection, Grid Code compliance, and experience working with AEMO, TSO/DSO, and energy sector developers.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred)
5–8 years of experience in power system analysis for steady and transient states, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and power systems theory.
Expertise in Inverter-based Resources (IBR), MVDC/HVDC, FACTS devices, and transmission planning/operating studies (132 kV – 500 kV).
Skilled in programming tools (Python, FORTRAN, MATLAB), excellent communication and negotiation skills, with flexibility to travel up to 40%
Proficient in power system simulation tools like PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD/EMTDC; experience with CDEGS, ETAP, SKM PTW, MATLAB/Simulink is an advantage.
