

Manage project deliverables
Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.
Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and General Contractors
Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
Minimum 5+ years of commercial masonry construction experience
Strong communication skills with clients, general contractors, and design consultants

Experience in both masonry estimating and project management is preferred
Significant attention to detail is required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Software experience including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (including Excel) is required.
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
