Reclaim Production Tech - 2nd Shift

Description

The Reclaim Production Technician works with the Refriclaim team to load and unload Rapid Recovery cylinders, maintain precise inventory records, and help ensure a safe, productive work environment. This detail‑oriented, safety‑focused role supports both incoming and outgoing production requirements and contributes to A‑Gas’s Zero Harm workplace mission.

• Load and unload Rapid Recovery cylinders alongside Refriclaim technicians.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory accurately with the production team.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture in the workplace.
• Set up and dismantle pump circulations to and from vessels.
• Monitor product recovery process and record data in the tracking system.
• Maintain high attention to detail for inspecting and certifying cylinders.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safely handle high‑pressure and liquid cylinders.
• Push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lb independently; occasionally move 200 lb cylinders on a cart.
• Sit 10 % of the day, stand/walk 80‑90 % of the day, and lift/carry between levels about 20 % of the time.
• Identify cylinder serial numbers, manufacture dates, and input data using a computer.
• Operate forklifts or motorized vehicles safely in restrictive spaces.
• Work in uncontrolled climate conditions and frequent outdoor exposure.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Obtain EPA 608 certification.
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week, including overtime.
• Prior experience with compressed gas or gas cylinders is a plus.
• Ascend/descend stairs or ladders, sometimes carrying up to 30 lb.
• Stooping, kneeling, and hand manipulations required up to 75 % of the day.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
