Tasks

-Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working independently. -Clean up work areas and dispose of job-related materials properly. -Flooring: Remove, install, or replace various types of flooring. -Complete renovations, light demolition, and new installations as needed. -Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. -Stand, crawl, bend, reach, and climb for extended periods of time. -Carpentry: Repairing, replacing, or painting trim, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, fences, and roofing components (soffit/fascia). -Follow all company policies and instructions. -Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, from basic upkeep to complex repairs. -Fixtures & Appliances: Remove, install, or replace various fixtures and appliances. -Locks: Install and repair locks and door closures.
