Study submission documents and identify legal risks of projects ;
Collaborate closely with EBC's very large project teams, particularly for all aspects of contractual management and/or complaints;
Write partnership agreements, construction contracts, subcontracting contracts and other legal documents;
Assist commercial teams in negotiating agreements with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers;
Support internal process improvement projects ;
Support and advise project teams during project execution in order to properly protect EBC's rights in its contractual management of customer contracts and subcontracting contracts;
Advise the company's management on the company's strategic issues.

Ability to work and collaborate in a team;
Member in good standing of the bar of Ontario and/or a Canadian province ;
Strong sense of organization and priority management ;
5-7 years of relevant experience;
Excellent command of English, spoken and written ;

Autonomy, discretion, attention to detail, rigor, concern for a job well done, and initiative ;
Fluency in French (important asset).
Bachelor of Laws ;

Ability to clearly communicate issues, at all hierarchical levels of the company.
Experience in construction law, financing infrastructure projects, corporate financing, and/or mergers and acquisitions (asset) ;
Experience in commercial, contract, or corporate law;
