You are computer literate having previous experience using all Microsoft applications and you have a good understanding of Salesforce.
GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English is essential for all applicants.
We would love for you to have an existing knowledge of our products; however, we do provide full product training to all members of our team.
You have excellent communication skills and will enjoy working as part of a team.
You have a good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
