Tasks

-Supports manager to identify, analyse, and prioritize issues, and coordinate a response -Coordinates the implementation and maintains policies, procedures, and processes that ensure the Capital Portfolio’s communication needs are met in a consistent, efficient, and flexible manner -Coordinates internal communications program, including creating content for the intranet, face-to-face engagement, andelectronic news, and intranet management as well as managing team events -Facilitate information sharing between contractors and project teams -Support and participate in community forums, events, and consultations led by the Engagement Manager, serving as a Capital Portfolio representative -Promote a positive image of the Capital Portfolio, industry, and its contributions -Creates content for external communications including for media, website and social media channels
