Supervise residential job sites from foundation through final finishes
Coordinate subs, deliveries, materials, and inspections
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and take ownership of solutions
Use construction software (Materio, Slack, G Suite) to track progress and collaborate
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Perform hands-on carpentry and finish work as needed (framing, drywall, cabinetry, etc.)
Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, clients, and vendors

Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and think ahead
Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment

5 or more years of experience in residential construction with a well-rounded skillset across multiple trades
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with sustainable building practices
Independent problem-solver who doesn't wait for direction to fix issues
