Help maintain DTJ’s digital asset library, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
Support the execution of marketing tasks and initiatives as assigned.
Help maintain DTJ’s CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is complete and up-to-date
Design engaging graphics for proposals, presentations, marketing campaigns, and other projects ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Produce high-quality, polished materials that require minimal revisions, demonstrating attention to detail and strong design judgment.
Assist in the execution of proposal responses, including formatting, layout, and visual storytelling to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Managers (OpenAsset), and CRMs (HubSpot)
Ability to translate written content into compelling visual formats.
Experience in the A/E/C industry is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and able to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
