  • Act as a liaison between Workday teams and other Digital departments (e.g., Security, Network) to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  • Partner with and provide oversight and delivery of:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Workday Technical Release Management process and coordination
  • Vendor & Platform Governance – Manages SaaS vendors, SLAs, and digital service performance; conducts platform evaluations and partners with procurement, IT, and legal to drive value and compliance
  • Serve as the accountable leader for:
  • Develop and execute roadmaps for emerging platforms (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management) and partner with stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmap focused on automation opportunities and adoption of new Workday features
  • Network infrastructure services supporting HR and timekeeping systems
  • Shape and deliver future-state capabilities through platforms like Workday Extend
  • Time clock hardware, ensuring reliability and compatibility with HR systems
  • Change Leadership – Drives digital adoption and business readiness; supports stakeholder engagement, training strategies, and communications that accelerate user acceptance and minimize disruption
  • Manage the Enterprise Service Management platform for HR services
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and other functional teams to support digital transformation needs Ensure effective stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and value realization from digital initiatives
  • Planning & Prioritization – Effectively organizes and prioritizes workload; sets achievable goals; adapts plans to changing needs while maintaining focus on long-term objectives
