Abiding by the strict contractual KPIs and SLAs, you will, in essence, take ownership of the engineering strategy and deliver.y

Here, you would be the lead of this engineering operation, representing the team across the wider Account and to the customer.

You would be responsible for ensuring that the UK Operation adheres to all governance, processes and procedures, while identifying and promoting opportunities that enhance ISS self-delivery capability.

• Management: Lead the implementation of the Process, ensuring all governance, processes, and procedures are followed to maintain high standards and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships and the engineering supply chain, conducting annual reviews, aligning with budget expectations, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
• Oversee risk control measures, support incident management processes, and ensure timely resolution of engineering-related risks, maintaining compliance with employer and contractual governance.
• Technical and Operational Leadership: Provide technical and operational leadership to engineering teams, ensuring effective service delivery, adherence to best practices, and achievement of 100% uptime and compliance.
• Prioritise health and safety by ensuring all processes and procedures comply with relevant legislation, promoting a zero-accident culture, and driving continuous improvement in safety
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Account Integrated team and the client, to promote quality service delivery and effective communication

Requirements

• Home based with national travel.
• An Engineering qualification(s) and background, plus extensive experience of leading engineering delivery within a multi-site operation
• An ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
