Develop and manage realistic, contractually compliant construction programmes that reflect on‑site work.
Produce and maintain NEC3/NEC4 programmes for submission, acceptance, and contract updates.
Monitor site progress, identify delays, and work with site management to implement mitigation strategies.
Review compensation events and variations, providing robust evidence for contractual claims.
Support commercial teams with programme inputs for cost and resource planning.
Provide clear progress updates and honest forecasts to site teams and clients.

The role will be based in Scotland with project visits across the UK, and there is flexibility for candidates to work from other locations such as our offices in Norwich or Bridgend.

Relevant planning experience preferred, ideally with an engineering or site/project management background.
Good understanding of contracts is desirable.
Experience using ASTA Powerproject is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
Experience across a range of civil engineering projects is desirable.
