Lead Requirement for MIS/Planner/Procurement

Description

• Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job work.
• Preparation of Comparison Statement, Responsible for commercial negotiations and award of contract
• Responsible for RFQ process, closure of Technical, quality & commercial evaluation of offers
• Effective reporting of status of procurement activities of relevant categories for project to enable identification of delays and mitigation plan to meet project schedule.
• Provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories
• Conduct regular procurement reviews to Meet Project schedule & participate in the project review meetings.
• To identify & develop NEW Potential vendors thru vendor development cell for every package.
