The HR Generalist at Flynn Group of Companies supports branch leaders in Denver, providing day‑to‑day HR assistance, recruitment, compliance, training, and serving as the primary regional contact.
The role includes assisting managers across multiple branches, managing full‑cycle recruitment, coordinating employee transfers and relocations, handling employee‑relations matters such as investigations and terminations, and partnering with change‑management initiatives.
Additional duties involve delivering onboarding and orientation, establishing relationships with trade schools and community groups, supporting training and development, answering employee HR queries, maintaining performance‑review records, ensuring proper documentation retention, and providing policy communications while traveling to branch sites as needed.
Candidates should have at least five years of HR experience (including three as a Generalist), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and preferably HR certifications; bilingual ability, construction/manufacturing experience, strong communication, organizational, MS Office, HRIS, and legal knowledge are valued.
