- Day to day coordination of subcontract drilling services
- Build & maintain good relationships with suppliers and in house project manager
- Day to day management of in-house drilling staff and support staff
- Regular visits to SOCOTEC offices and project sites to review service delivery of in house and subcontract drilling staff
- Ensure all equipment and materials supplied are fit for purpose, safe, to a high standard and meet the specification required for the project
