The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community Manager and oversees daily operations and financial functions of a housing community, handling rent delinquency, cash‑flow optimization, and acting as onsite leader in the manager’s absence.
Candidates need at least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), housing industry experience, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA; the role requires standing, moving items up to 25 lb, occasional ladder use, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and in varied weather conditions.
