Tracking entitlement timeframes for projects according to business plan schedules.
Ensuring that all needs are met to move onto the next stage of project – tracking/following up on approvals,
Tracking contract deposit schedules vs milestones and deliverables.
Attend meetings with municipal planning and rezoning staff.
Tracks and drives current entitlements to ensure that they stay on schedule.
Ensuring contract terms comply with needed schedule of business plan.
Meets with management team for regular project updates.
Identifying key milestones with acquisitions team for entitlements, approvals, and contract deadlines.
Develops schedules for entitlement process on new projects under consideration. Feeds schedules into LPP’s (land position profiles) that coincide with cashflows from estimating. Get schedule approval with Market Management, Acquisitions, and Development Manager.
