Operators will manage a variety of heavy machinery to support the construction of complex commercial civil projects, contributing to the overall success and safety of each job site.

Operate heavy equipment while prioritizing safety
Execute tasks efficiently per supervisor direction
Conduct daily operator inspections and perform routine maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, etc.)
Work in all weather conditions when instructed

Candidates must possess relevant heavy‑equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and meet physical requirements, while demonstrating flexibility regarding work hours and conditions. Additional certifications and technical training are valued and can enhance advancement opportunities.

HSA and/or FSA Accounts
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, as necessary
Minimum 2 years heavy‑equipment experience (Level 1)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 100 lb and pass pre‑employment physical and drug screening
Preferred: OSHA 10/30, Hazwoper certifications, college or vocational training
Meet all Level 1 requirements and have at least 5 years heavy‑equipment experience (Level 2)
Experience operating GPS‑enabled equipment
