Serves as primary lead with select General Contractors (GCs). Drives growth through development of client relationships as well as deeper penetration into the existing customer base that exists through our design-build relationships. Develops and maintains General Contractor relationships.
Offers technical expertise and advice during the entire sales timeline from lead, to prospect to pursuit. Partners with the Business Development team on pursuits as they become qualified pursuits and then leads the team to close the deal.
Supports business development in the maintenance of customer relationships and in support of specific project pursuits.
Actively participates in design meetings during development phase. Works with management to develop strategic initiatives.

Four Year Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
