Must possess the technical knowledge to perform service tasks on our product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment (e.g. Mini excavators and skid steers,)
Good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Capable of working evening, night shifts as well as performing after hours service calls, weekends inclusive
Aerial work platform equipment as well as knowledge of diesel generators 8 KW to 200 KW
Thorough knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine electronic management systems
Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Previous repair and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar general line products would be considered an asset
Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily
