Works under close supervision and receives specific and detailed instructions for required tasks and results expected.
Participate in the design and evaluation of Client transmission and distribution infrastructure using AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, and/or other design tools to ensure that the needs of the Client are met in the most economical and effective manner.
Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
Assist in the continued development of both Company and Client standards to provide guidelines for future project planning and design.
Review engineering plans, specifications, and equipment for utility projects.
Develop understanding and expertise of RUS and NESC requirements. Participate in preparation and administration of IOU, RUS, state, and municipal construction contracts.
