Provide bookkeeping services for high performing agents across the Place network.
Manage payroll across multiple Place offices, including staff salaries and commission calculations.
Raise commission invoices and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
Provide ad hoc administrative assistance as needed.
Support lead agent teams with financial and administrative tasks.
Process quarterly bonuses, payroll tax submissions and superannuation payments.
Collaborate with office managers, employees and business owners.
Process bill payments and conduct quarter-end reporting for external accountants.
Liaise with the Place Contracts team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Minimum of 2+ years experience with complex payroll processing OR bookkeeping.
