Engineering Technician

• Assist in developing and improving assembly processes
• Troubleshoot production challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Create and update work instructions and assembly procedures
• Monitor quality and provide guidance and training to production staff
• Work directly on the floor supporting day-to-day assembly operations

We’re looking for skilled Engineering Technicians to support a growing manufacturing operation in a newly expanded production area.

This position is 100% on the manufacturing floor, not a desk or design role. The ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with production teams, solving problems in real time, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor) a plus
• Must be comfortable spending the full day on the production floor working closely with assembly teams
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 2+ years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree, or 5+ years without a degree
