

UK grounds‑maintenance specialist delivering tech‑enabled landscape, ecology, arboriculture & EV services.
The successful candidate will design and implement a divisional growth strategy, targeting new market segments, key accounts and service extensions such as drainage and CCTV. They will manage all commercial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow, work‑in‑progress and invoice preparation, while driving operational excellence through digital planning, vehicle routing and subcontractor coordination. In addition, they will uphold HSQE and environmental standards, conduct audits and incident investigations, and maintain strong client and employee relationships.
Candidates must have senior‑level experience in operations or contract management within highways, waste, sweeping, drainage or similar infrastructure services. Proven P&L responsibility, forecasting, margin protection and cash‑flow control are essential, as is familiarity with environmental regulations (WAC, LOI, WM3) and waste testing/classification. Experience with fleet routing, depot logistics, digital reporting tools and leading teams through change is required. Desirable qualifications include CCTV drainage investigation, WAMITAB, NEBOSH Environmental, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications, as well as public‑sector tendering experience.
