• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to define project scope and budget.
• Stay current on the latest materials, technology, and industry codes.

• Strong blueprint reading and technical takeoff skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience estimating mechanical and/or plumbing projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
