- Oversee project schedules, permits, change orders, and risk management.
- Lead civil projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
- Administer contracts and lead procurement activities with vendors and subcontractors.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; chair meetings as required.
- Provide technical input during pre-construction and act as a resource during execution.
- Manage forecasting, cost control, and monthly project reviews.
- Prepare progress billings, support receivables, and manage project resources.
- Lead project closeout and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

- Strong pipeline of projects across the Lower Mainland.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering preferred; professional registration an asset.
- Project Manager experience in civil construction (earthworks, roadworks, excavation & shoring, underground utilities).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to build credibility with both staff and clients.
- Proficiency with HCSS/HeavyBid (or similar), Bluebeam, Agtek, Spectrum, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and project risk.
