The position reports to the Plant Manager – MOLM India. In this role you will lead a production team, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products efficiently and on schedule, while ensuring compliance with procedures, drawings, quality, safety standards, and company policies. You will also organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively.
- Ensure production scheduling and plan meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
- Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as needed.
- Identify production deficiencies, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation.
- Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
- Uphold ABB values and ethics across all activities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.
