Tasks

Reporting to the National Executive Team, the State Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Queensland business. You will lead a motivated team, manage client relationships at a senior level, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across a diverse portfolio. This role offers autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment. -Act as a visible, hands-on leader across sites, clients, and teams. -Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing operations and support team. -Drive business development opportunities across existing and new accounts. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and retention. -Full responsibility for the P&L of the Queensland business, delivering sustainable growth and profitability. -Implement best practice operational systems, processes, and compliance frameworks.
