The Engineering Executive role supports the Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer in delivering high‑quality mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M&E) projects and preventive‑maintenance programs for a client facility, while meeting energy‑conservation standards and financial targets.
Core duties include preparing critical spares lists, implementing pre‑emptive maintenance, reviewing contractor practices, maintaining logbooks and PPM schedules, managing downtime and breakdowns, arranging ad‑hoc M&E setups, and ensuring contractors follow house rules. The incumbent also generates daily M&E reports, service maintenance records, inventory and purchasing orders, and incident reports.
- Assist the Chief Engineer/Dy. Chief Engineer in managing M&E project scope, quality and deliverables.
- Prepare critical spares lists and manage inventory for all installations.
- Implement and oversee pre‑emptive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
- Review and guide M&E contractors to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M&E systems.
- Manage downtime, breakdowns, and arrange ad‑hoc M&E setups as required.
- Generate daily M&E reports, service maintenance records, inventory orders, and incident reports.

Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, possess at least five years of contract administration experience, and demonstrate strong people‑skills, knowledge of occupational safety, and solid PC literacy. Experience with continuous‑improvement initiatives, client reporting, and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly desirable.
- Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs and energy‑conservation practices.
- Hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum five years of contract administration experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse client staff.
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements and strong PC literacy.
- Experience with continuous‑improvement initiatives and client reporting.
