Senior Technical Recruiter

Description

• Source and interview applicants for current technical positions and build a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Meet with account managers to determine job duties and understand job descriptions.
• Source candidates via internal database, job boards, referrals, and become an expert user of LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Review resumes and match applicants to job openings.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Perform in‑office face‑to‑face interviews and use Skype/FT/Teams for remote candidates.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and discuss contract and salary terms.
• Inform applicants about the job, interview process, and interview participants.
• Arrange travel and lodging for non‑local candidates.
• Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer and grade assessments.
• Create candidate background profiles for hiring manager consideration.
• Conduct reference checks and evaluate background checks for red flags.
• Communicate hiring decisions, present offers, and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Notify non‑selected applicants of the decision.
• Initiate candidate files and maintain all documentation.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and professional association meetings.
• Partner with colleges and technical schools to recruit students for entry‑level positions.
• Meet weekly with recruiting team members to review open positions and assign coverage.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions.

Requirements

All Lines Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a range of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, network engineers, programmers, database administrators, help‑desk staff, deployment analysts, and others. The role is based in Cranberry Township, PA, and does not require specific education or travel.

The position has no formal education requirements and does not involve travel.
