We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator & Content Writer to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines strategic bid management with creative content development, supporting our business growth across mechanical and fire engineering services.

You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the end-to-end bid process while crafting compelling, technically accurate, and brand-aligned content that showcases our expertise and capabilities.

• Manage bid timelines, stakeholder inputs, and compliance with client requirements.
• Support digital content creation for website, social media, and internal communications.
• Lead the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders.
• Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for proposals, capability statements, case studies, etc.
• Ensure all written materials reflect the company's values, expertise, and innovation.
• Maintain a bid library and templates for efficient reuse and consistency.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings, reviews, and post-submission debriefs.
• Translate technical jargon into clear, client-focused narratives.
• Develop content that aligns with brand tone, voice, and strategic messaging.
