Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 2 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
- Core Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Skype, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and hypervisor administration.
- Broader Technical Exposure: Experience or familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, HYCU, Titus, Liquidware, Ivanti, Red Hat, Tanium, Netbox, Carbon Black, and Elastic Monitoring.
- Communication Strengths: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Professional Attributes: Proactive problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities, prior Minerva experience, and capability to operate in secure, regulated environments.
- Additional Systems Experience: Hands-on familiarity with XMPP chat tools, Lotus Domino, and VoIP technologies.
