Support production operations by providing manual labor as needed.
This position involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Participate in routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, shoveling, and pressure washing.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials from trucks and other vehicles.
Perform general clean-up of the yard and plant areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Help monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, notifying the supervisor of low stock.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods.

Basic understanding of construction materials and tools.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar general labor position is a plus.
