Operations Supervisor

This hands-on leadership role will see you coordinating delivery, cranage, and installation of modular buildings while overseeing on-site works to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to ATCO’s high standards.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure all works meet ATCO’s safety and quality standards
• Support estimating for site and yard works and maintain cost control on projects
• Ensure compliance with WHS and Quality systems, including SWMS, JSAs, and risk assessments
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and logistics to meet project deadlines
• Manage client relationships and joint inspections for a smooth handover
• Support project administration and collaborate closely with internal teams
• Lead site delivery, cranage, and installation for modular school and community buildings
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our PMC Division, delivering state-of-the-art school and education projects across Queensland.

• Uniforms and PPE provided
• Confidence leading teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• White Card, Site Supervisor Licence, and a valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it)
• Proven experience in modular or general construction site supervision
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong understanding of installation processes and site coordination
