The position involves routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, as well as interior and exterior upkeep. Technicians also perform minor carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, supervise junior staff when needed, manage inventory, and maintain safety compliance.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas for safety and cleanliness.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.
- Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff when applicable.
