The Manager – Project Execution is accountable for planning and delivering power transmission projects within budget, cost, and schedule while adhering to all relevant norms and regulations. This role provides guidance and corrective actions to the team to achieve operational excellence and secures the necessary statutory and Right‑of‑Way clearances for project execution.
Key duties include leading the acquisition of statutory clearances such as PLC, railway, national and state highways, forest, PTCC and others, and overseeing Right‑of‑Way clearance with the ground team within allocated budgets. The manager monitors project execution in coordination with the reporting manager and EPC partners, plans and controls material supply and inventory, and ensures profitable, on‑time delivery across multiple states and customer segments. Additionally, they develop execution schedules, mentor project leaders, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
The role requires regular travel to project sites and demands strong behavioural competencies—impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, and innovative thinking—as well as functional skills in finance, operations, people management and strategy.
