  • Enhance engineering application processes.

  • Oversee the Urban Development design and drafting program
  • Lead civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Canberra. This is an opportunity to lead impactful projects and make your mark in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Understanding of water infrastructure, water environments, and water resource management.
  • Experienced in QA processes and design reviews.
  • Proficient in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
  • Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
  • 12+ years’ experience in urban development, land development, greenfield or brownfield projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
