Working closely with the Installation and Projects teams to ensure that newly completed system installations transition smoothly into maintenance agreements. Presenting the benefits of ongoing preventative servicing, ensuring customers understand compliance requirements, and securing long-term recurring revenue
Acting as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and building trusted long-term relationships. Conducting regular reviews, resolving issues promptly, analysing contract performance, and identifying opportunities for service expansion or contract renewal
Taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process for large PPM tenders, presenting commercial value propositions, and managing deadlines. Ensuring submissions are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer specifications and industry standards
