

The Role * Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and meeting preparation * Provide proactive reminders and ensure stakeholders have all required documentation * Organise and participate in regular catch-ups to plan for upcoming client meetings, events and seminars * Build strong knowledge of key clients, target sectors and stakeholder responsibilities * Assist with marketing and business development activity, including agendas, minute-taking, updating contacts, maintaining bios and supporting pitch materials * Partner with BD teams to support events, materials, submissions and digital content * Support client and matter administration, including onboarding, reporting, research, maintaining client-specific instructions and supporting project management activity * Assist with matter financials, including time recording, billing cycles, credit control and supplier invoice processes * Provide administrative support for stakeholder practice management and sector responsibilities
The Job You will support senior stakeholders across a busy legal practice, providing high-level administrative, organisational and client-focused support. The role is varied and requires a proactive, flexible individual who can stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and build strong working relationships. Previous experience in a similar administrative or legal support role is essential.
The Person * Previous experience in a secretarial, PA or administrative role within the legal sector is desirable * Experience across multiple practice areas such as commercial, litigation, corporate or employment is advantageous * Additional exposure to litigation work, or experience supporting a litigation-focused team, would be particularly beneficial * Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail * Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and strong relationship-building skills * Calm under pressure with a flexible, solution-focused approach * Proactive, willing to learn and committed to ongoing development * Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
