As the Enterprise Capability Lead you will bring people together to design, deliver and continuously improve capability development initiatives that align with nbn’s capability strategy. You will manage the learning management system and connected online learning platforms, ensuring experiences are accessible, engaging and thoughtfully curated across the enterprise. You will create practical, human‑centred content using eLearning authoring tools such as Easygenerator and Articulate, SharePoint knowledge management and Canva visual storytelling. Partnering closely with leaders and teams, you will translate insights into solutions, evaluate outcomes and uplift capability at scale while fostering a supportive learning culture.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development or a related field and significant experience designing, developing, delivering and evaluating capability initiatives across levels and functions. Experience as a Learning and Development Consultant, Facilitator or Coordinator and a strong toolkit in instructional design, adult learning principles, digital platforms, multimedia creation, facilitation and evaluation methods is essential. Excellent communication and influencing skills enable you to engage stakeholders, listen deeply and co‑create solutions. You are organised, able to manage multiple projects, prioritise wisely and meet deadlines without compromising quality, while being collaborative, inclusive and empathetic.
If you think this role is right for you, apply by submitting your resume – no cover letter or selection criteria is required. This is a permanent full‑time position, open to candidates with full working rights in Australia, and applications close at midnight on Friday 30 January 2026.
