In collaboration with Health subject matter experts, and independently when appropriate, develop abstracts and presentations for industry conferences, seminars, workshops, and other similar events promoting sector messages, research, project outcomes, lessons learned, trends, etc.
Serve as Project Manager (or other roles as appropriate) on projects and prepare / negotiate project contracts.
Contribute to or lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals for Health clients / pursuits.
Actively cultivate of a network of industry partners for intelligence gathering and strategic development.
Maintain project oversight throughout execution, including conformance to client expectations for technical/quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence.
In coordination with the local Health Principal, contribute to the leadership and visioning for the Health sector in the local area / region.
Assist local Health Principal and leadership in reaching net fees booked goals.
Regular engagement in local relevant industry organizations
Interface with clients proactively, by engaging them regularly through multiple channels.
Contribute to or lead interview strategies and implementation.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to health staff and project teams.
Learn / lead internal HDR marketing processes, such as GNG, Fee Development/Approval, risk awareness and data maintenance.

10 years related experience
7 years’ experience in healthcare architecture
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
10 years’ experience in the architectural industry
Good planning and mentoring skills
Knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Strong connections with health systems
Local candidates are preferred
A minimum 5 years project management experience
Must be able to lead a team on projects
