Regularly reviewing the team progress against programme and conducting Site inductions
Managing resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme
Controlling various subcontract packages
Assisting in overseeing all activities on site
Creating and maintaining accurate site reports
Attending subcontractor site progress meetings
Enforcing health and safety policies in line with the Company policies and procedures
Work on programmes of works set out by the Contracts Manager or Site Manager

Requirements

High levels of organisational skills
Hands-on experience across major construction and infrastructure projects
Hold a full UK driving licence
Having a clear understanding of planned work and communicating this to the team/subcontractor
Sound Commercial Awareness
Ability to meet deadlines
Hold a bachelor’s degree, HNC/HND in Construction or a relevant discipline
Be willing to travel and work away from home within the UK
Opportunity to complete an Institute of Leadership and Management qualification
Excellent numerical, IT and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on initiative with minimum supervision
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
