Attend professional conferences and identify other networking opportunities on behalf of the program and alumni and implement and manage ongoing alumni relationships.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, student groups, and professional organizations to expand outreach.
Plan, register, and execute recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, on-campus visits, and virtual events).
Source and engage top student talent, build a strong candidate pipeline, extend offers, and close intern and early-career hires.
Increase Shimmick’s brand visibility and act as a key ambassador at campus events and industry conferences.
Support and act as a resource for interns during their internship experience.
