The Integration Developer role at JLL Technology focuses on digital disruption of the real‑estate investment industry. You will design and integrate systems that meet business processes and requirements, supporting activities such as design, development, reporting, and leadership. Key responsibilities include delivering integrations using Java or equivalent languages, creating technical designs, estimating effort, and building work‑breakdown structures. You will work independently or within a team, communicate with multiple stakeholders, adhere to established processes, and mentor junior members while reviewing code and providing feedback. Managing risk, handling escalations, and ensuring testing, standardization, and agile practices are also essential duties.

• Design and integrate systems using TRIRIGA to meet business processes.
• Develop and deliver tested Java‑based integrations and data migrations.
• Create technical design solutions, effort estimates, and work breakdown structures.
• Lead complex tasks independently and resolve issues within expected timeframes.
• Mentor junior team members, review code, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage risk, handle escalations, and ensure testing and standardization.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Utilize web services, SQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and code repositories for integrations.
• Apply Agile and waterfall methodologies to project delivery.

The role requires a minimum of four years’ experience with the TRIRIGA application, particularly in data integration and migration. Strong knowledge of Java (or equivalent), web services, SQL, and code‑repository tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub is expected, along with familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is required.
